§ 1-907. Fixing of court costs.

The police committee as appointed by the mayor shall fix such court costs from time to time to be paid in addition to any fine imposed in city court, the amounts to be in the discretion of the said committee and they may be increased or decreased as the committee from time to time deems to be in the best interest of the City of Clarksville.
