In accordance with the provisions of Ordinance 12-1997-98, the Commissioner of Finance & Revenue has established that "Records Management For Municipal Governments," published by the Municipal Technical Advisory Service, including future updates, as the City of Clarksville Records Retention Policy effective June 3, 2008.
