§ 9-229. Issuance of warrant for arrest.

In the event any person fails to comply with a traffic citation given to the person or summons directing an appearance in the city court or traffic violations bureau, or if any person fails or refuses to deposit bail as required and within the time permitted by law, the city judge shall issue a warrant for his arrest.
