§ 8-205. Disposal of offensive matter in violation of Code declared a nuisance.

It shall be unlawful and deemed to be a nuisance for any person to dispose of any garbage, dead animal, sewage, or any other offensive or waste matter in violation of this Code or otherwise in such a manner as unreasonably to interfere with or endanger the health and comfort of the general public.
