§ 7-401. Established; supervision.

A bureau of fire prevention in the fire department of the City of Clarksville is hereby established which shall be operated under the supervision of the chief of the fire department.

The chief of the fire department may designate such number of assistant inspectors as shall from time to time be authorized by the city council.
