§ 6-305. Transfer of license; fee.

A new firm formed by a change in the membership or organization of an existing licensed business or the purchaser of an existing licensed business may have any unexpired privilege license for the business transferred and reissued upon payment of the fee prescribed by section 67-4-721, Tennessee Code Annotated, without paying the privilege tax.
