§ 5-801. Hours regulated.

It shall be unlawful for the proprietor of any poolroom to open the poolroom or permit it to be kept open between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.; on Sundays, poolrooms shall not be kept open or allowed to be kept open between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
