§ 1-201. Time and place of regular meetings.

All regular meetings of the city council shall be held on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the council chamber of city hall, except as may otherwise be provided by ordinance approved by the city council at any prior regular or special called meetings of the city council.
