§ 1-1804. Officers.

The members of the public arts commission shall elect officers for the commission. One (1) member shall be elected to serve as chairman of the commission; one (1) member to serve as vice-chairman of the commission; and one (1) member to serve as secretary/treasurer for the commission. Officers may not hold more than one (1) office at the same time.
