§ 12-210. Issuance of driveway permit; conditions.

The superintendent of streets shall issue and approve all permits for means of ingress and egress onto streets and public rights-of-way. This permit shall be in writing and shall indicate location and criteria with regard to installation of culverts, headwalls, drainage ditches, and curb cuts, all to be at the expense of the property owner.
