§ 10-230. Railroads; obstructing platforms; jumping on or off trains.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct the passage of persons going to or from the cars of any railroad at any station or depot within the limits of the city by standing in the way or crowding upon or in any way obstructing the free passage along or upon the platforms and ways leading to and from the depots to the trains. It shall also be unlawful for anyone except employees of such railroads to be found jumping on or off or attempting to climb upon or between the passenger and freight cars or engines of any railroad running into or through the city.
