§ 10-220. Gambling.

It shall be unlawful for any person to play at any game of hazard or chance for money or other valuable things, or to make or accept any bet or wager for money or other valuable thing. It shall be unlawful for any person to encourage, promote, and or assist any other person in gambling. It shall, furthermore, be unlawful for any person to have in his possession any gambling table or other device whatever for the enticement of any person to gamble.
