§ 1.5-1101. On-the-job injuries.

In the event that an employee is injured in a job-related accident, the provisions of the city on-the-job (OJI) injury program shall apply. The department of human resources shall develop and maintain a policy pertaining to the OJI program which shall be approved by and may be amended from time to time by the finance and administration committee.
