§ I. Parking citations.

Any person who receives notice of an alleged violation has the right to an administrative hearing before the Clarksville Parking Commission. Such hearing shall be held not earlier than ten (10) days, no later than forty-five (45) days, from the date of the issuance of a notice of an alleged violation. Any person requesting an administrative hearing must do so in writing within ten (10) calendar days following an alleged violation. At the hearing, the Clarksville Parking Commission shall take and maintain a record of the proceedings, and shall hear and decide whether a violation has occurred, and shall impose the appropriate civil penalty in such cases.
